The announcement of the takeover of CONTAL OK's activities on the domestic market

Dear Customer,

first of all, we would like to thank you for your cooperation and trust so far.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that from the 1st of October, 2022 the company of HOUR, Ltd. (hereafter HOUR), which is the 100% owner of our company, will take over all the activities of CONTAL OK, Ltd. (hereafter CONTAL OK) on the Slovak and Czech markets. CONTAL OK will continue to focus on the development and production of hardware for identification systems, which has been its primary field since the company was founded. Within the domestic market, this hardware will be supplied by HOUR exclusively. To maintain the continuity of the quality of provided services, this change also includes the transfer of CONTAL OK's employees to HOUR. These employees ensure the business activities, hotline support, implementation, and development of the software for identification systems.

Why is this happening?

Within the close cooperation between these two companies, in recent years, the majority of CONTAL OK projects on the domestic market have been implemented via both companies. In this case, HOUR was the main supplier and CONTAL OK acted as a subcontractor. In spite of the effectively set processes of mutual cooperation, we identified limits that naturally result from the situation when providing services to an end customer through two companies. With regard to our aim to make all the processes related to services providing more effective, we decided to transfer all the services provided by CONTAL OK within the Slovak and Czech markets to HOUR.

What will this change bring you?

From the 1st of October, 2022 HOUR will become your only and direct supplier of all CONTAL OK products and services. This company has a 29-year tradition and is one of the most significant providers of HR solutions on the domestic market providing the most complex services in this area over a long period of time. As a customer, you will always have the possibility to refer to the one customer center with all of your requests, regardless of whether your request is related to the supply of hardware, software, or other services. All the services will be gradually provided by more numerous teams, which will contribute to greater flexibility and faster implementation of customers' requests.

General data protection related to this change.

According to the above-mentioned information, the new controller of your personal data will be the company of HOUR, which will process them to conclude and fulfill a contract for providing services, or another contract, including the fulfillment based on the order of the person concerned, which has been concluded between the operator and the person concerned.
